Dr. Robles: Hi. I'm Dr. Ramon Robles. I am the owner of Robles Plastic Surgery. I came to Phoenix back in 2001, and I've been a solo practitioner ever since. Omyra: Really what impressed me is that he listened to me. He ask me what I wanted. He told me what I needed because I could I ask what I want, but it's not going to give me the results that I was looking for. Definitely 100% would send anybody to him. Dr. Robles: What I really focus when I see the patients is on, you know, education. Really, I want my patients to be well-informed. I, you know, we listen very closely to make sure we're listening to their expectations, make sure we're not missing it, and the onus is on me. And once I get their expectations and we recommend things, there is no hard sell. That's what we want. We want patients to come in, leave here saying, "Wow, that was a great consult. Everybody was nice. I feel very comfortable in what I know and I really like, you know, I really like the Robles Plastic Surgery because of that." Woman: When you go inside, you feel like you're at home. The staff, they will welcome you very well. The doctor will answer all your questions. He would tell you the truth. If this will not work, he will tell you. If this will work, he will tell you the truth. And he told me the same thing. And I'm very happy about it.
